Hi, I’m Char. For 25 years, I’ve served as a Business and Life Coach, guiding entrepreneurs as they transformed bold visions into thriving, purpose-driven businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve helped leaders reach milestones they once considered unimaginable—supporting them as they built confidence, deepened their expertise, and forged meaningful connections.
Today, I’m bringing that same passion and experience to a new calling: enriching the lives of Elders. Because it’s never too late to learn, to grow, and to infuse every day with joy and celebration.
I’m shifting my focus to solve a serious problem.
As people enter their later years, the roles that once brought purpose—nurturing a family, sharing life with a partner, contributing through meaningful work—naturally begin to shift. For many Elders, these changes can feel like losing a piece of their identity. Moments of feeling unseen or no longer essential may surface, even though they carry a lifetime of wisdom, love, and experience.
Yet within this transition lies a profound opportunity. Loneliness doesn’t have to be the final chapter. With the right support, Elders can rediscover purpose, connection, and joy—often in ways that surprise them. Their stories can still inspire, their presence still matters deeply, and their contributions continue to shape the people and communities around them.
Offering a joyful solution is my purpose.
As a Curious Companion, I provide warm, meaningful visits—either in person or through Zoom—that bring connection, conversation, and genuine human presence back into an Elder’s day.
Please think of me as a trusted friend who shows up with curiosity, patience, and compassion. Someone who truly wants to hear their stories, celebrate their experiences, and honor who they are.
Each visit is a gentle invitation to remember, reflect, laugh, dream, or enjoy companionship. Through thoughtful questions and creative prompts, I help spark storytelling, memory, and imagination—allowing Elders to feel deeply seen, respected, and valued.
Every conversation becomes a dignified, uplifting experience that leaves them with a renewed sense of purpose, confidence, and joy. It’s not just a visit—it’s a moment of connection that can brighten an entire day and remind them how much their life still matters.
How the Curious Campanion Program Works
1. Go to the navigation bar and click “Sessions” - this prompts a visit and allows you to select the duration of your visit.
2. When I see this, I will call you to set a time that meets your schedule and ask you a few questions.
3. On that call, we’ll determine what kind of visit you would like, such as a warm conversation about a chapter in your life,
Or, say you enjoy a creative activity such as a craft project, an art lesson, or writing a story about a favorite memory.
Whatever you select, I am committed to providing dignity, joy, and genuine human connection during my visit.

For more than two decades, I’ve been a skilled and devoted Coach, supporting people with compassion, curiosity, and genuine joy. My sessions are designed to feel comforting and uplifting—like spending time with a friend who truly listens, laughs with you, and celebrates the beauty of aging and a life well lived.
It’s important to share what I am not. I am not a traditional caregiver, and I have deep respect for those who provide essential physical or medical support. The Elders I visit—whether in person or by Zoom—are generally independent and able to fully engage in this unique program meant to brighten their days and nurture their emotional well-being.
I also honor clear boundaries and transparency. I don’t discuss financial matters, and I will never request or accept any additional payment beyond what is booked online. I offer add-on time with the purchase of a session; however, I am not an errand or concierge service.
At the heart of my work is a simple purpose: to celebrate Elders. Their stories, their memories, their creativity, and the projects that blossom during our Curious Companion visits all deserve recognition. I’m here to help them feel seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
